Traveling, ergonomics & a good clean sweat
Whoa, it's Labor Day weekend already: Every year on this day we at Scully’s find ourselves in reflection mode on this the holiday nearest and dearest to our hard working hearts. This time last year, the world was still heavy with COVID woes, but this year, things feel a lot more normal <huge sigh!>. We had an incredible adventure-filled summer and feel extremely grateful for it. In particular, we want to tip our hats and shout "THANK YOU, WE LOVE YOU!!" to the good folks that work in travel & hospitality. At the start of summer, we'd heard horror stories from friends and family regarding their airport travel delays, and we had mentally prepared for the worst as we set out on our big summer trip. But our complex plans involving family members traveling to various countries and then meeting up in Paris (ooh la la!), all went off without a hitch! Also we had our new Camp Kits, so we more than ready ;-)
So, here’s to you: Pilots, stewardesses, train conductors, toll ticket takers, camp ground managers, and all those moms and dads who did lots of vacay driving, HAPPY LABOR DAY from the Scully’s Family!
PS … speaking of laboring, after years and years of day & night toiling at her laptop without proper ergo-ware, but lot’s of back and wrist ouchies, Kareen finally has a proper set up - we’re talkin’ separate keyboard, keyboard under-desk tray, proper lighting and …a good chair! -Woohoo!! Here’s to a comfy, healthy, prosperous new fall. And if you’re sweating the beginning of work or school -you know where to find your Deodormint :-)
