The Lab - where the magic happens

“The Scully’s Lab” as we call it, is in the basement of our brownstone in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Think “Breaking Bad” meets “Bat Cave”. You enter through a hatch in the sidewalk, descend the very steep stairs and then take a couple of steps through the prep kitchen of a hip restaurant. It’s just about as quirky and old-school Brooklyn as it gets, and it’s where all the careful brewing & bottling of fresh Scully’s batches are made. The lab is also the home to some pretty badass tinkering from time to time. Stay tuned for new and exciting creations to come.
